Sample Page

This is an example page. It’s different from a blog post because it will stay in one place and will show up in your site navigation (in most themes). Most people start with an About page that introduces them to potential site visitors. It might say something like this:

Hi there! I’m a bike messenger by day, aspiring actor by night, and this is my blog. I live in Los Angeles, have a great dog named Jack, and I like piña coladas. (And gettin’ caught in the rain.)

…or something like this:

The XYZ Doohickey Company was founded in 1971, and has been providing quality doohickeys to the public ever since. Located in Gotham City, XYZ employs over 2,000 people and does all kinds of awesome things for the Gotham community.

  1. In your 1/2 and 1/2 section you have a picture of my mother (Pat-z and the Devil), When that picture was taken she was known as Satan and the Lady.
The name change happened sometime in the late fortys or early fifties.
I have tons of old pics and memorabilia if you would be interested in posting.

    1. Hi Thelma~
Wonderful to hear from you!! I have searched for years for a photo of your mother, and that is the only one I have found!! Glad you saw it. And great info….I did not realize she actually danced under Satan and the Lady, I thought it was just the tag line for her act. Love learning something new everyday!! 🙂
You can email me at if you have scans of anything you would like to share. Also, if you have duplicates of any of your mothers promotional photos, I would LOVE to buy some copies from you! Everything I own will eventually be going to the Smithsonian of American History, so they would be well cared for int he long term.
Thanks again for messaging, always a pleasure to hear from family members and other fans of burlesque!!
